BEHAVIOUR & DISCIPLINE

Golden Earth Convent School strongly believes that discipline, leadership, responsibility, and good behavior are the foundations of a successful student life. To encourage these values among students, the school forms a well-organized Student Council every academic session. The council includes the appointment of Head Boy, Head Girl, Vice Head Boy, Vice Head Girl, Sports Captain, Vice Sports Captain, Academic Incharges, Language Incharges, Cleanliness Incharges, Discipline Incharges, and Activity Incharges. Along with this, the school also promotes leadership qualities through its four house system, where House Captains and Vice Captains are selected. Class Representatives (CRs) are chosen for every class and section on the basis of discipline, confidence, communication skills, leadership qualities, and regularity. To motivate students towards positive behavior and discipline, the school also recognizes “Student of the Month” regularly, while prestigious titles such as “100% Attendance Award” and “Student of the Year” are announced at the end of the academic session. These initiatives help students become responsible, confident, disciplined, and socially aware individuals.
